❋ Breast Massage & Heart MedicineConnect to your heart and support your lymphatic system through guided breast massage practices, education and heart tending with herbal plant allies.
❋ A Supportive Community of WomenBe held and witnessed in a group of women in an intimate container. Re-pattern the witch wound that’s held somatically in our bodies.
❋ Regenerative Womb Care Experience hands-on guided self womb tending & abdominal massage. Reconnect and return to your womb, menstrual cycle, the earth & your cyclical wisdom.
❋ Grief Tending & Parts WorkHold all parts of self as we presence and witness our grief through intention, prayer & containment.
❋ Ancestral Nourishment &
Ancient RhythmsDaily organic and locally sourced, seasonal nourishment. Connecting to our natural rhythm through daily practices and ancestral traditions of the Celtic Isles.
Envision a week waking up with the sun, moving your body with the earth, deeply connected to the feminine, creating art, dancing under the moon, deep belly laughs, permission to be weird and raw, re-connecting to ancestral ways, tending to the land and our hearts, eating the most beautiful juicy Venusian food spreads, being held in a temple of devotion and sisterhood, connect to the wisdom of the plants and herb friends, surrender into safety, meet the parts of you that society deems as “bad”, love all of your parts, give yourself permission to take up space, deep tending to our inner wellsprings and the liberation of being fed by our own waters and choosing to be fully, whole-heartedly, radiantly YOU.
