Do you feel the call to deepen your relationship to your heart & breasts?

This offering is SO much more than just a guided massage practice. It is an opportunity to gather as women and unravel the threads of oppression, fear, control & sexualization within our bodies. It is a reclamation of our breasts - exactly as they are. We will deeply tend to our hearts and the emotions we may have suppressed. We will continue to love ourselves and communicate that love to our body through touch. We will remember what it’s like to feel held. We will be curious and listen to our heart’s longing.

All of your stress, worries, fears are welcome in this space.
It is my prayer that you are able to take a deep sigh and release the dams around your heart. And realize all your body has every wanted was for you to come home.

Meet Your Guide:

Hi, I’m Courtney! A devoted space holder, embodiment guide, and the creator of Earth, Rhythm & Womb—a sanctuary for women to reclaim the full spectrum of existence and sacred connection to their bodies.

My work is rooted in the wisdom of the womb, the rhythm of nature, and the deep knowing that embodiment begins with feeling. Through somatic practices, heart-centered rituals and channeled transmissions - I invite women to remember the power of their own feminine magic.

My journey with breast care has been deeply woven with study, practice and experience. I completed a Breast Massage Training with Abigail Hinds of Bless Our Breasts, offered breast sessions at Spirit Weavers Gathering, G-Fest, Temple of Belonging and recently co-taught alongside Abigail at her most recent Portland training.

My studies through an Ayurvedic lens has deepened my understanding of how to balance and nourish breast tissue, honoring each woman’s unique landscape.

For the past six years, I have held women’s circles and workshops, creating spaces for women to gather in intimacy, reflection, and connection. This work has been a profound teacher - shaping my ability to weave presence, intuition, and safety into the spaces I hold. Whether in one-on-one sessions or group rituals, I am devoted to fostering a container where each woman feels deeply seen, held, and empowered in her own unfolding.

I am honored to continue deepening my relationship to our inner lymph waters, the heart and the sacred medicine of the breasts. This guided offering is birthed from my own journey of learning to slow down, to listen, and to sit at the altar of my own body.

May this be an invitation for you to do the same.

  • Courtney, as a teacher and giver of massage, has a true gift for attunement and deep listening to the heart, soul and body. During a session with Courtney, I was guided into a gentle and deep exploration of my breasts and made contact with some deep suppressed emotions. She supported the space with clarity, softness and loving strength that comes with her lived experience as a space holder.

  • I'm 32 and finally made the decision to become a mother. I have had a lot of trauma and programming in my life that led me to be deeply fearful. Connecting to my own feminine power and healing my relationship to my womb felt so natural working with Courtney. Our sessions brought huge shifts in my life - healthy menstrual cycles, got married & was able. to conceive.

  • Courtney cultivates a loving and accepting space, where vulnerability is honored, where the feminine can be rediscovered and nurtured. The two circles I have been a part of have allowed me to escape from the fast paced external world to listen, pause and feel the waves of each moment as they come and go. If you are looking to connect with a powerful and supportive community of women, to foster self love and awareness, there is no better space to do so.

  • Attending a yoni gazing ceremony with Courtney was beyond powerful. She holds space. ina way that creates safety, playfulness, and pleasure all in one sacred setting. Beyond just the beauty of the physical space she sets up, the energetic container that is curated for these circles cultivates a space for reverence and celebration of the feminine. I am so grateful I was able to attend and have been recommending her spaces to all of my dearest sisters ever since.

    - Vulva Gazing Attendee

  • To connect with my breasts in this context was so much more than I imagined it would be. There is a profound healing and initiation that takes place as we tune into the abundant energy of our breast tissue and offer them some much deserved loving touch. Courtney's approach to breast nourishment with such softness and openness guided me into absolute bliss as I formed a new bond with my breasts and with what it means for me to be embarking into motherhood with such nourishment. Every women deserves to experience this and integrate ritual around breast care into their lives.
